When booking a vacation package which does not include flights, a deposit of 20% or a minimum of $200 per person is required to confirm the booking. When booking a package which includes flights, a payment of the deposit and the full airfare is required to guarantee the flights. In the case that a booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to the travel date, a payment of the full price is required. The person making the booking is responsible for the party signed for on the booking form. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. When a booking is made on our website an immediate confirmation is sent. When a booking is made by email, fax, telephone or mail, a confirmation is sent to you when the payment has cleared and the contract is made. Most airfares are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Insurance fees and fees for changes are non refundable.

The total tour cost includes the tour price (regular or promotional) and the compulsory local payment. The promotional price is subject to change. Check directly with the operator for the latest price offer. The tour operator requires you to pay only the tour price to purchase your travel. The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

If you need to cancel your trip, please let us know as soon as possible. We will have to charge you for any losses we incur because of your cancellation. However, we will do everything we can to minimise your loss. Please note the non-refundable air tickets and non refundable hotel cost will be charged at 100%. The other vacation package charges will be charged for as below.

- Up to 8 weeks prior to departure: Deposit or 20% of the tour package cost if higher than deposit
- 3-8 weeks prior to departure: 40% of the tour package cost, if higher than deposit, else deposit
- 2-3 weeks prior to departure: 60% of the tour package cost
- 0-2 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the tour package cost
