The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

Accommodation
To reserve your tour, we require a deposit of AUD$1,500 per person within 7 days of booking. The balance of your payment is due 90 days prior to departure. If reserving your tour within 90 days of departure, full payment is required within 72 hours of booking.
If you must cancel your reservation, the cancellation fees are as follows:
- If Days prior to departure is 90+, then Cancellation fee is AUD $500
- If Days prior to departure is 61–90, then Cancellation fee is 25% of trip price
- If Days prior to departure is 31–60, then Cancellation fee is 50% of trip price
- If Days prior to departure is 0–30, then Cancellation fee is 100% of trip price
