4:00 pm – Check in. Guests arrive and check in to their cabins.
7:00 pm – Get acquainted with other lodge guests as we host appetizers and introductions and orientation for the week at the Syringa Cafe. Choose tomorrow’s activities. Dinner follows immediately after. After dinner enjoy time around the campfire visiting with others, or retreat for a quiet evening in your cabin.
9:00 am – Breakfast is served in the café.
10:00 am – Meet at the ROW Adventures outpost building (next to the restaurant) for today’s activities.

10:00 am – Meet at the ROW Adventures outpost building for today’s activities.
3:30 pm – Return to the lodge. Free time.
7:00 pm – Farewell Dinner served in the café.
9:00 am – Breakfast and check out by 10:00 am. Please have your cabins empty so our house cleaning crew can get to work. If you want to extend your time in the area, you could sign up for an optional morning or full-day horseback ride before heading to your next destination.

The total tour cost includes the tour price (regular or promotional) and the compulsory local payment. The promotional price is subject to change. Check directly with the operator for the latest price offer. The tour operator requires you to pay only the tour price to purchase your travel. The compulsory local payment will be paid when you join the trip. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers will be accommodated in a double, twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement only needs to be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.

Cancellation Policy:
If you find it necessary to cancel your trip, please notify us as soon as possible. If written cancellation is received by ROW (call to verify) before the final balance is due, you will be given a refund less the amount of deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellations are made on or after the final due date, no money will be refunded. You are welcome to find a replacement for yourself. Please understand that once you’ve signed up, we lose the right to sell your reserved spaces to other individuals or groups. Therefore, we regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies. For this reason we a strongly recommend you consider purchasing a travel protection plan.
